Many instructors who work part-time or operate their business under a larger brand may prefer to use our “no charge-per-call” message-forwarding service. This would require them to remain very much “hands-on” in their business and to deal with their own day-to-day administration but can be expanded later to take advantage of the additional services available under DIS Premium.

Lite subscribers will enjoy professional Telephone reception with DIS operators describing products and prices then forwarding the details of important calls by text to the instructor’s mobile phone. Annoying sales calls that are the bane of most small-traders’ lives will be filtered out although every call received by DIS will be recorded in the instructor’s Online office.

Lite subscribers will have the option of maintaining their diary online and creating a variety of records to keep track of lessons, payments and products. They will be able to generate a worksheet to use in conjunction with their diary although, unlike its Premium service, DIS operators will not be able to access any of this data so Lite support is limited strictly to a call-handling.

Under its Lite service, DIS will not book, alter or amend lessons directly into your diary or take payments on your behalf. Lite users will not have a DIS website nor the facility to take online bookings or provide access to pupil records via their own website; nor will there be reports or end of year accounts generated. All these facilities are only available under the Premium option.
