DIS Lite is a low-cost, "no-frills" alternative to our Full service. This straightforward call-messaging option is available to sole traders and multi-car schools for around half our standard fee (although "fair usage" rules will apply). There is no additional charge for the texts and Lite users will have an Online Office and Messaging Centre that will record every call transaction dealt with by DIS.

Even as a Lite user, you will still need to register the postcodes you cover and details of your products and prices. DIS will receive your calls and check you work in the area and give potential pupils details about your services. If they want to make a booking – or if an existing pupil needs to alter lessons or leave a message - we will simply enter a text for you to contact them at your earliest opportunity.

Unlike our Full service, DIS Lite does not keep track of pupils' lessons, products or payments nor does it send automatic text reminders the day before a lesson is due to be taken or congratulate pupils when they pass their test or celebrate a birthday. There is no pupil-booking-via-Internet facility nor are any annual accounts produced and we do not initiate calls to rebook pupils on your behalf.

DIS Lite may be a good option if you want your customers to know that their call has definitely been taken, (even though they will have to wait for you to phone them back), and to filter out those annoying sales calls that are the bane of most small-traders' lives. Our Lite service might also be appropriate for allied services such as motorcycle and LGV training organisations.
