For a small monthly fee, individual instructors and multi-car driving schools can subscribe to the most powerful administrative support package that is available to the driver-training industry. Premium subscribers will be given a Personal website to help their marketing and each instructor working under your brand will have access to their own Business reports and End of year accounts.
You will be able to use the DIS programme yourself to give your product details and prices and take payments and to book new pupils directly into your instructors’ diaries or amend and alter lessons and arrange driving tests for existing pupils on their behalf. Alternatively, you can Divert calls to DIS during normal working hours, where our professional staff will do all these things for you.
DIS’ Online office records all transactions whilst important on-the-day messages can be texted to the instructor’s mobile phone. A comprehensive “To do” list helps keep track of outstanding work as well as listing pupils who need to be rebooked. These matters can be dealt with either by the individual instructor or by the subscriber using the management reports provided by DIS.
The DIS Premium facility will help you improve the service you give to your pupils and the support you give your instructors; it can also provide substantial savings to you in web hosting and accounting fees. However, we also offer an alternative “no-frills” call messaging service, which is available for around half our standard fee and is described as our DIS Lite option.
