Data can be synchronised at the end of every lesson (via internet compatible mobile phone) or by connecting to your home PC at the end of your working day (via Palm PDA).
Either method of synchronisation means that you do not have to manually enter your information and all transactions will be integrated automatically into the other core service elements of Telephone reception, Personal website and Accounts & Records.
Instructors will be able to use Handheld software to view their daily diary, enter new pupils, update appointments and sell additional products and by also using a mobile printer, pupils can be given a receipt to record their next appointment as well as confirming their payment and lesson progress. All these features have been very well received by the pupils of our existing subscribers and have enhanced the service they provide.
The use of Handheld software is merely one method by which data can be entered into your Online office. Because a standard mobile phone can be limited by signal strengh, subscribers can enter data directly into their Online office at home, copying from prepared worksheets provided by the system.
If you don’t currently own an internet compatible mobile or PDA, DIS can provide a PDA and handheld printer at no charge (subject to availability).
