The Online office is the means by which all DIS subscribers record payments and store details of their lesson appointments and products. This data can be manually updated from a paper-based diary without the need to use Handheld software.
The Online office also enables you to keep track of pupil balances, lesson progress and any outstanding lessons that have been prepaid, whilst other core services can be added as required.
Telephone reception will automatically send texts of important messages whenever you divert your calls to DIS, whilst a 3-way “Pick ‘n’ mix” combination could market your business using the Personal website and provide Accounts & Reports via your Online office. The choice is yours.
There is an inevitable trade-off in reducing the number of DIS services you may elect to use because complete data integration and therefore some advanced-feature benefits may not be possible. However, as each of the core services is designed to operate independently from each other, such limitations should be minimal.
Obviously, instructors who want access to more than 3 of the 5 core services will subscribe to the full DIS package at the standard rate.
