Telephone reception

A prominent feature of the DIS support service is the provision of a live, UK-based, call centre and telephone answering service.

You can divert your calls at the touch of your landline or mobile keypad whenever you want DIS to answer your phone. This is a simple and economic way of providing a contact point for your pupils.

Advanced telephony enables DIS to recognise incoming divert numbers, allowing its operators to answer calls in your own trade name as though we were your very own personal members of staff.

DIS operators can give details of your products, prices and availability and will book new pupils as well as move, alter or cancel lessons for your existing pupils and because we work directly from data stored in your Online office, all this is done without having to disturb you whilst you are giving lessons.

DIS will filter out most of those unwanted sales calls that can be a bane to every small business, whereas important calls that need to be notified to you immediately (such as a same-day lesson cancellation) are automatically forwarded to your mobile as a text message.

Only a limited answering service can be provided under our Pick ā€˜n’ mix option as we may not have access to your full diary. But every transaction made by DIS on your behalf is logged in your Online office and all calls are recorded to monitor the quality of service we provide.

Calls will be answered by DIS during normal working hours or until you choose to cancel your divert.
