App Account Removal
At the bottom of the settings screen on the app you should find a delete account link.
Actioning this will remove the details entered by the app and log you out.
If you cannot find this link or no longer have the app installed then please send an email to [email protected] with the app name, your name and contact number and state that you want to delete your account.
