These are a summary of the conditions for the provision of a Free online-diary facility "the Diary", which term shall also include any other features provided by Driving Instructor Services ("DIS") in conjunction with the Diary:

1. The Diary is provided without warranty and no liability shall ascribe to DIS in the event of its failure.
2. The Diary is for own-use by sole trader driving instructors only and is not to be used by agents or multi-car driving schools unless specifically agreed in writing by DIS.
3. DIS reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Diary at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
