These are a summary of the conditions for the provision of a Free online-diary facility "the Diary", which term shall also include any other features provided by Driving Instructor Services ("DIS") in conjunction with the Diary:
- The Diary is provided without warranty and no liability shall ascribe to DIS in the event of its failure.
- The Diary is for own-use by sole trader driving instructors only and is not to be used by agents or multi-car driving schools unless specifically agreed in writing by DIS.
- DIS reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Diary at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
